Meet Richard Brown. He is passionate about connecting people with their housing goals and creating positive communities. As a proven and still driven Property Manager in the greater Seattle area, he has thrived in various stages of the market. Richard Brown has become extremely skilled at building and maintaining Customer relations. He currently oversees more than 100 residences in the state of Washington alone. Richard Brown's current responsibilities include providing property management services, oversight of small renovation projects, business development, training and maintaining positive work environment for his team members and staff. Born and raised in the state of Washington, Richard Brown received a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Central Washington University (CWU). Richard Brown currently consults with investors and institutional owners on a multitude of levels. Richard Brown holds a Washington State real estate broker license and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and mentoring youth within the Big Brother Big Sister program of America.
