Ioannis (pronounced “yawn-knees”) Kritsonis was born and raised in Bellevue and is a proud graduate from the University of Washington. 

Drawing from a rich family history with over 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction business, Ioannis is dedicated to providing his clients with unparalleled customer service and comprehensive resources. Whether he is working with buyers or sellers, Ioannis works diligently to guide his clients throughout the entire real estate transaction.

Ioannis believes that effective communication is at the cornerstone of any successful relationship, and the key to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. 

Fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to learn Spanish in an immersion setting, Ioannis pursued his passion for the language resulting in a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Washington. He has since lived in Spain and traveled to Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia.

Ultimately, his education and travels have vastly enriched his knowledge of the language and various Spanish-speaking cultures, allowing him to provide exceptional added value and personalized service to his Spanish-speaking clients.
